A gardener will likely have many, many garden projects throughout his/her lifetime. From adding a new water feature, to completely ripping out an annual flowerbed and replacing it with perennials, to putting in additional hardscape, to adding a vegetable garden, there’s always something changing in the garden.
Building a water garden is a fun project. I recently redesigned and enlarged my original small circular front pond. Read about it at A Water Gardening Remake.

My largest self-built garden project was the pond installation in the backyard. The Ponds Project has become a very popular page on this site.

My stone terrace project is another fairly simple project that anyone can complete with some help from others.

Spring of 2104 has brought a Slate Walkway Project.

My next project will be a raised bed vegetable and herb garden in the sunny area of our property. We will need to be creative to keep the deer at bay.
